Once you as a client complete our Renaissance South LA job readiness program as well as individualized educational development plan, RSLA will walk you through the process of enrollment for either Vocational training or Community College enrollment if you choose to pursue an academic path. If you are seeking immediate job placement, upon successful completion of our job readiness program with a licensed career coach RSLA will partner with our referral agencies and corporations and schedule you with your first interview and assist you in the dos and don’ts of your first interview. Also, RSLLA help to ensure that you are given a stipend to purchase the appropriate dress attire if necessary.
