The Renaissance Re-Entry Culinary Program equips individuals seeking re-entry opportunities with industry-recognized culinary training using the ProStart curriculum. Through a structured, hands-on learning approach, participants develop foundational and advanced skills in food safety, kitchen operations, nutrition, and culinary techniques, while also gaining essential workplace readiness and professionalism skills. The program emphasizes real-world application, teamwork, and accountability, preparing participants for successful re-entry into the workforce. The Renaissance Re-Entry Job Placement and Financial Literacy Program supports returning citizens in achieving long-term economic stability through comprehensive workforce development and money management education. Participants receive job readiness training, career placement assistance, résumé support, and interview preparation, while the financial literacy component equips them with essential skills in budgeting, banking, credit building, and financial planning. By combining employment support with practical financial education, the program empowers participants to secure sustainable employment, make informed financial decisions, and successfully reintegrate into the workforce and their communities.
