The Renaissance Job Placement Program supports individuals re-entering the workforce by providing job readiness training, résumé and interview support, and direct employment placement assistance. The program focuses on building practical skills, workplace confidence, and career pathways that lead to stable employment and long-term economic success.o create a better world.

The Renaissance Financial Literacy Program equips participants with essential money management skills, including budgeting, banking, credit building, and financial planning. Through practical, real-world instruction, the program empowers individuals to make informed financial decisions, build financial stability, and support long-term economic success.

Financial Literacy Program

Year 1: Foundation & Licensing

  • Licensing Milestones
    • Complete SIE and Series 65/66 (RIA setup).
    • Add Series 7 if you want full securities brokerage.
    • Obtain Series 24 (Principal license) to supervise advisors.
  • Infrastructure
    • Register as an RIA with state or SEC.
    • Secure a custodian partnership (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing).
    • Build compliance systems (hire/contract a Chief Compliance Officer).
  • Community Engagement
    • Launch financial literacy workshops in churches, schools, and community centers.
